All orders are shipped via NZ Post.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery to North Island takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• South Island orders take 5-10 business days

• Rural deliveries may take 3–5 business days longer.

Australia Shipping

Orders to Australia typically arrive within 3–12 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs and courier delays.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Every order is packaged with aroha and manaaki (love and care), but we understand that issues can sometimes occur in transit.
