📦 Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • New Zealand North Island: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an extra 2–3 days.

  • New Zealand South Island: orders take 5-10 business days for shipping
  • Australia: Orders usually arrive within 3–12 business days after dispatch.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, please email us at info@huiahair.com.

Do I need to wash the bonnet before use?
Yes, we recommend washing your hair bonnet before the first use, as the colour may run slightly when wet. After the first wash, it’s good to go!

What products do you stock?
We currently offer a range of curly hair tools and accessories such as brushes, diffusers, hair picks, and bonnets. More curl care products are coming soon!


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email info@huiahair.com. with your order details.
For hygiene reasons, opened hair accessories cannot be returned.

What if my order is damaged or missing?
Please contact the courier first for lost parcels. If your order arrives damaged or you have not received it within a reasonable timeframe, email us at info@huiahair.com. so we can help.
